I placed an order on the 13th December. Never arrived 2-4 days Delivery. Yeah right. Avoid at all cost. They use Ups whose trustpilot is 1. Would be zero if people could score lower. I'm without my gift for my partner and parcel is lost. Have put a claim in. Now been told won't get refund until they have had it back 14days. Can't deliver to me how they going to deliver it back. Its stolen so how's that work will never ever order from them again. Been wearing gaultier for years. Think I'm switching brand now.. Happy Christmas NOT!!!!!!!!

What can I say. Stay well clear. Website kept crashing. when I finally managed to order, 6 days later my order gets delivered and signed for by some bloke in Barcelona and I live in the uk not Spain. Called their helpline to be told they'll send me the items again and not to worry. 3 hrs later I get an email to say I've been refunded. I've emailed them now 2 times to say I wanted the items not a refund as they was Xmas gifts I can't reorder now as I won't get the free black Friday gifts and also the 10% off first order. It's disgusting. They can't run a p i s s up in a brewery.

Sent me an email at 12pm to buy a relaunched Gaultier 2.
went to their (Puig UK) website. unable to purchase. 9 hours later, website still not workng. My advice, sack your website team. Shocking !!!!

You pay way more for way less. I think i payed 500-600 dkk for 200 ml, for the last one i bought. Now i paid 720 dkk for 125 ml. So proberly a 30% price increase, for 37,5% less.
I had thought about trying/getting a different one. Now i'm more certain i will have to switch to a different one

I bought your perfume from thefragranceshop.co.uk a while ago. I bought it because the tester perfume that came to me smelled both persistent and intense. When I received Jean Paul Gaultier, I was disappointed. Because it smelled neither persistent nor intense like the tester you sent me. I sent the perfume back to the company stating that there was a problem, they also tested it and today they informed me that there was no problem with the perfume, they wanted me to contact you. To be clear, if the perfume you sell is like this, you produce tester products just to deceive people. I regret buying this perfume from you and I feel cheated, is there anything you can do for customer satisfaction? I still use the tester product and I am very satisfied with the tester.

I ordered stuff cost me £68 with express delivery and I didn’t get it next day ! It was my sons birthday 11th of May we where going out for his birthday lunch time, and I had no present for him it didn’t turn up till after 4pm. I paid so that it would arrive on the 10th…. All they said was sorry and refunded me £13 so you mess up and embarrass my day and my sons… I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN, I’ve asked who to contact for a formal complaint and nothing back!!!!!!

I've bought numerous bottles of it and the bottle does not even spray right on a bunch of them. and I bought it from Macy's an Macy's stands BEHIND NOTHING. Give me a so scandal perfume as a gift

I like the packaging of their perfumes the most because the bottles are very creatively made and it really matches the title of the each of the perfume. I fragrances are pretty good, very earhtly and rustic and I quite like it. Very happy with JPG stuff and I'll continue being a loyal customer!

Jean Paul Gaultier is one of the best brands in the world for perfumes and I am so glad I was gifted with one 5 years ago! Both male and female perfumes are immaculate because my husband and I have been using them for so long! Really great!

Been using Le Male by Jean Paul Gaultier for over 10 years now and I have no plans of changing into another brand because I know for a fact that no perfume will smell as amazing as the ones I am using right now! Love love them so much

My favorite perfume that I've been using for quite some time would definetely be the Le Classique Eau de Parfum by Jean Paul Gaultier. The fragrance of this perfume is divine! I love how long-lasting it is as well. One of the best perfumes I've ever owned and I love it!
